CANCELLATION POLICY
🌿 AuraLuxeHeadspa + Aesthetics Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy Thank you for choosing AuraLuxeHeadspa + Aesthetics. Each appointment is specially reserved for you, and your time is valuable to us — just as ours is to you. To ensure the best experience for all of our guests, please take a moment to review our policy: 💳 Deposit Policy • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book. • This deposit will go toward your total on the day of your service. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling • We ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in loss of your deposit. ❌ No-Show Policy • No-shows will result in loss of deposit and an additional fee charged before rebooking: • Headspa Services: $50 • Facials / Aesthetic Services: $25–$40 🚫 Repeat Offenders • After 2 missed or last-minute cancellations, future appointments must be paid in full upfront or may be declined. We appreciate your understanding — our goal is to provide a calm, respectful, and rejuvenating experience for everyone we serve.
