CANCELLATION POLICY

🌿 AuraLuxe Headspa LLC Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy Thank you for choosing AuraLuxe Headspa. Each appointment is specially reserved for you, and your time is valuable to us — just as ours is to you. To ensure the best experience for all guests, please review the updated policy below: 💳 Deposit Policy • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • This deposit is applied toward your total on the day of your service. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling • We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or schedule change. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in loss of your deposit. One-Time Grace Reschedule • Each client receives one complimentary reschedule when notice is given before the original appointment time. • This is a courtesy for unexpected life events. Second Reschedule • After your one-time grace reschedule, any additional reschedule request will be treated as a cancellation/no-show. • The full service amount will be charged to the card on file before a new appointment can be scheduled. ❌ No-Show Policy • A no-show results in loss of deposit plus an additional fee:     •    Headspa Services: $50     •    Facials / Aesthetic Services: $25–$40 • If you no-show after already using your one-time reschedule, the full service amount will be charged. 🪪❌Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. Thank you for understanding. 🚫 Repeat Offenders • After 2 missed appointments or last-minute cancellations, future bookings must be paid in full upfront or may be declined. We appreciate your understanding — our goal is to provide a calm, respectful, and rejuvenating experience for everyone we serve.
